Working Miami's docks as a first mate, I kept seeing the same problem: a client wanted a boat for Saturday, but the broker answered on Monday.
My business partner has more than eight years in charter operations. We built DESEO to connect your plans with the companies we know, through one private request.

Will companies call or text me?
No. Companies don't get your phone number or email unless you book their offer and pay the deposit. We email you when your offers are ready and about your request. We text you only if you agree to get texts from us in the chat. If you stop before sending it, our team may contact you to help.
Is my information really kept private from every company?
Companies see your trip details, including your date, group size, budget and the notes you write, so leave your phone and email out of the notes. Your name, email and phone are shared with the company you book only after you pay the deposit.
How do you actually vet the companies before letting them bid?
Companies apply with business and insurance information. Our team reviews the application and must approve the company before it can submit offers. Ask us about the category-specific documents for an offer before booking.
How does DESEO make money?
From the booking you choose. You pay a 5% booking fee, shown in the total before you pay, and the company you book pays us 8% of the full price. Sending a request is free, and we don't sell your request or your contact details to companies.
How many companies typically respond to a request?
The number of offers depends on your category, date and company availability. We notify you when offers are ready; a particular number or response time is not guaranteed.
What's the cancellation policy if my plans change?
Refunds of your deposit and any balance paid online follow the offer’s cancellation policy. Our 5% booking fee is not refunded unless the company cancels or cannot provide what it offered; in that case, we refund everything you paid through DESEO. Review the terms before paying and contact our team if your plans change.
