Miami charter boats from 35 to 100 feet usually carry 12 or 13 guests. A bigger boat gives you more space and crew for the toast or the photos, not more seats.
Small boats take about 6
Small boats with a captain usually take up to 6 guests — enough for a proposal or an intimate birthday. Put your exact number in the request so companies offer boats that fit.

Each offer shows one total with the extras you pick and our 5% fee. A 15–20% tip for the crew is customary on top — useful when splitting a bachelorette or birthday.

How many people can fit on a rented yacht?
Capacity depends on the specific vessel and charter arrangement. Include everyone in your group size and confirm the permitted capacity for your offer before booking.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, or alcohol on a yacht charter?
Add your preferences to the request and review the company’s rules and inclusions before booking. Catering and drinks may be offered as extras.
What's usually included in a Miami yacht charter price?
A typical captained charter price often covers the boat, captain (and crew on larger boats), local fuel and basic gear such as a sound system and life vests. Crew tip (usually 15–20%), food, drinks, décor, a photographer, jet skis, docking fees, sales tax and card fees are often separate. Read each offer’s inclusions before you pay — companies differ.
Is gratuity for the captain or crew included in the price?
Usually not. A 15–20% crew tip is customary in Miami and sits on top of most charter prices, similar to tipping a server. Some companies build gratuity into the quote; when they do, it should be written on the offer. Confirm before you pay.
What happens if it rains or the weather turns bad on my rental day?
Check the weather, rescheduling and cancellation terms of each offer before booking. The company determines whether a trip can proceed safely.
What's the cancellation policy if my plans change?
Refunds of your deposit and any balance paid online follow the offer’s cancellation policy. Our 5% booking fee is not refunded unless the company cancels or cannot provide what it offered; in that case, we refund everything you paid through DESEO. Review the terms before paying and contact our team if your plans change.
