Will companies call or text me?
No. Companies don't get your phone number or email unless you book their offer and pay the deposit. We email you when your offers are ready and about your request. We text you only if you agree to get texts from us in the chat. If you stop before sending it, our team may contact you to help.
Is my information really kept private from every company?
Companies see your trip details, including your date, group size, budget and the notes you write, so leave your phone and email out of the notes. Your name, email and phone are shared with the company you book only after you pay the deposit.
Do I need to create an account or give my phone number to see prices?
Yes. You create a free account when you submit your request. We ask for your phone number to notify you when offers are ready. Rental companies receive your contact details only after you book and pay the deposit.
How does DESEO make money?
From the booking you choose. You pay a 5% booking fee, shown in the total before you pay, and the company you book pays us 8% of the full price. Sending a request is free, and we don't sell your request or your contact details to companies.
How many companies typically respond to a request?
The number of offers depends on your category, date and company availability. We notify you when offers are ready; a particular number or response time is not guaranteed.
